At present, you can place your order via our website, Shopee, Lazada, Zalora, and Tiktok Shop.
Beware of people posing as representatives of our company. Currently, we don't have any resellers or distributors yet. We primarily correspond via email with firstname.lastname@example.org.
SHIPPING and DELIVERY
Once your order has been dispatched, we will email the tracking number provided by our courier as well as the link to their tracking system. We will monitor the delivery of the status on your behalf, but we recommend to check it yourself as well from the self-service tracking systems of our partner couriers.
We offer free standard delivery, through our partner couriers. For Metro Manila, shipping takes about 3-7 working days, while provincial areas take about 8-12 working days.
During the Christmas season and publicly declared holidays, please allow an additional 2 to 3 working days on your product's estimated date of arrival (EDA).
For international shipping, delivery times may vary.
We can replace your faulty/defective product, given that the following is provided to our team within 7 days of receipt:
- Video of unboxing the item upon receipt
- Clear pictures of product defect
- Other documents as needed by our Customer Service Team
- Shipping fee for replacement items should be initially shouldered by the customer, and refunded by our team once replacement has been processed.
