At present, you can place your order via our website or through our social media accounts:
Beware of people posing as representatives of our company. Currently, we don't have any resellers or distributors yet. We primarily correspond via email with email@example.com.
For proof of payments made through bank transfer, please email firstname.lastname@example.org with subject line PAYMENT with your name and order number. Orders with unsettled payments would be deleted after 48 hours in our system.
We will base your order specifications on your agreed quotation. Please double check the details of your orders before payment.
Your NuPrene.co bag comes with a flat packaging to ensure efficient delivery.
SHIPPING and DELIVERY
Once your order has been dispatched, we will email the tracking number provided by our courier as well as the link to their tracking system. We will monitor the delivery of the status on your behalf, but we recommend to check it yourself as well from the self-service tracking systems of our partner couriers.
The standard delivery option takes 2-¬3 working days for areas within Metro Manila (Php 250) and 3-4 working days for provincial areas (Php 350). Should you want to arrange for Grab or Lalamove, advise us so we can check the delivery charges.
During the Christmas season and publicly declared holidays, please allow an additional 2 to 3 working days on your product's estimated date of arrival (EDA).
For international shipping, please send us a message on our social media accounts. We're going to process your orders manually. Delivery fees vary depending on package size and destination.
Deliveries are done through our partner couriers. Unfortunately, we do not do meet-ups.
NuPrene.co reserves the right to uphold its Return Policy. Any reasons and circumstances not covered by local laws and ordinances would invalidate such claims for return. We will accept the damaged item within seven (7) days upon receiving the package. But for your request to be honoured, you should send us a clear photo of the alleged fault on the item at email@example.com with the subject "RETURN" 24 hours upon receipt of the item. Encircle your concern as well, so it would be easy for us to evaluate it.
Please note that items being exchanged are your responsibility until it reaches us. It should be returned new, unused, and all original packaging intact within seven days from receipt of the item. Items that are damaged or soiled while in your custody may not be accepted and may be sent back to the customer. Where provided, detachable straps and pouches should be included with your return.
Depending on the case, we do accept refund, but the Sales Team Lead needs to evaluate the request and the client's concerns.

The warranty period of six months. Please send us a picture of the alleged fault at email@example.com with the subject WARRANTY. We will evaluate the request and the client's concerns. Processing and evaluations for Warranty around 1-3 business days.
