My Raya mini backpack in lilac

I bought a mini Raya for my daughter and it is so cute, spacious and had a lot of pockets which i loved very much! Upon checking the bag i noticed it has a slight damaged, a lose thread on the strap, i took a picture of the damage and planning to just post it for review, I don’t want to return it kase very hassle on my part who has a grave yard shift, I’d rather sleep instead of returning it, which I don’t know the process. But instead of reviewing and posting it, I sent a DM to NuPrene page and told them my concern. I told them i loved the product but what they sent me has a damage, and they apologized to me saying they are very careful in sending orders to the client nakalusot lang siguro itong isa. And what they did amazed me, they offer a replacement for my bag, so I prepare and put the existing one on the box they sent me and asked them how would I sent it back? Do I need to give it to the courier who will bring the replacement? And to my surprise they told me to keep it. Wow I now have two Raya Mini backpack, i gave the other one to my sister who has a birthday since both bags have the same color. Thank you NuPrene! Looking forward for my future bags with you! Thank you Cha for assisting me! ❤️❤️❤️

Unexpected Delight

The Raya mini backpack is such a delight! Small but powerful, everything you need to bring can fit inside the bag. The numerous zippered pockets are so strategically placed for easy retrieval of your stuff. Actually, my daughter wants this Raya mini backpack in lilac so I guess I'll have to get another one in a different color.
