    When I opened the box and removed the plastic and dust bag, I was disappointed to find that the bag was very wrinkled. One of the straps had already lost its foamy padding, especially in the middle section where it rests on the shoulder. It was also smaller than I expected.

    The shipping was inconvenient as well. The delivery arrived the very next. Had I known it would arrive that quickly, I wouldn’t have placed my order on a Saturday using my office address, as I had intended to receive it during a workday to ensure I would receive it.
