      BAD PACKAGING; BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE

      Item delivered to me got wrinkled badly due to poor packaging. Item was forced and crumpled to fit into a clearly-smaller-than-the-item delivery box that does not fit the item.

      Poor customer service also. No empathy foe the customer. Bottomline of their messaging is they dont want or discourage you to return the item.

      My wife loved it. Very fast shipping. however packaged was kinda damaged no bubble wrap or any protection, box was broken, Bag had dents/wrinkled. But overall my wife still loved it
